I hate working out, but I love the good burn feeling if that make sense. The idea of working out sucks but when you actually get off your butt and move the burn is so worth it. But the weird thing about me I dance to work out. I don’t like specific area training. Like ab and leg training. With dancing you don’t focus on what you’re actually doing because you’re having fun. Being in the gym requires real determination. I love my dance for hours straight in my room. That’s my workout! Great conditioning and get your heart pumping.
And I dance frl not for fake it is indeed a sport!!!!
